Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Minutes <br />October 11, 2022 <br />Legal Update <br />Mr. Goldberg said just as a reminder onanyoutstanding cases. If someone approaches you to <br />discussa case thatmay havebeen decided or it stands the chance through the appeal process of <br />being returnedto the Boardfor further consideration,and if you were to receive exparte,orout <br />of hearing information that could interfere with your ability to be able to make a decision if it <br />were to return,thatcontinues to be an ongoingconcernin certain matters.He said this is just a <br />reminder on a legal perspective. <br />Directors Report <br />Ms. Morris said the Board of Commissioners is considering the map that we looked at,itis on <br />theiragenda for Monday. It is aconsent agenda item,sohopefully,we will have their blessingon <br />thatandthenwe can move forward with the shuffling that we talked about and then also <br />soliciting someadditional members. <br />Wedostill have some ongoingcourt cases.They are making theirwaythrough different stages. <br />We have someappeals that are in court,we have some other appeals where we are trying to <br />move them alongusing the court. We dostill have those out there. <br />She still has not gottenthe new registration straightenedout for the new modules. As soon as we <br />can make that happen,we can start working on the modules again.
