Process <br />The Cabarrus County ALP updated master planning <br />process started in Fall of 2023 with a kickoff meeting <br />with leadership and a Master Planning Committee <br />representing departments throughout the County <br />including Human Resources, Strategy, Libraries, <br />Communication, Soil and Water, Cooperative <br />Extension, the Health Alliance, and Senior Advisory <br />Council.
