Closed Session <br />7.1 Closed Session - Pending Litigation <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Shue, seconded by Commissioner Furr and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss <br />matters related to pending litigation as authorized by NCGS 143-318.11(a)(3). <br />Prior to the start of closed session, Chairman Morris thanked the audience <br />for attending in person and virtually. <br />Return to Open Session <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Wortman, seconded by Commissioner Measmer and <br />unanimously carried, the Board returned to open session. <br />6.
