Members are appointed by the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. Initial terms were staggered at two <br />and three years. <br />All meetings are held in the Board Room of the Cabarrus County Department of <br />Human Services and start at 1:30 p.m. 2016 meetings will be held the 4th <br />Wednesday of the month. <br />*An exception to the residency provision of the Appointment Policy needed. <br />Page 95 <br />
