The meeting was called to order by Chairman Coltrane following a supper meeting <br />with the Cabarrus County seventh and eighth grade teachers in the Harrisburg <br />School Cafeteria. District Supervisors, Associate Supervisors, Watershed <br />Commissioners and County Commissioners were guests at the supper. Mr. H. A. <br />Smith was guest speaker for- occasion. lie emphasized the importance of <br />informing seventh grade pupils of the work of Conservation of Natural Resources. <br />0 <br />b. EKplanations were given concerning the additional comments on the <br />0 <br />winutes of the last meeting. hr. Elmer Graham called Mr. Price <br />concerning action on Watershed problems after the October meeting. <br />c. Arrangements were made for piiblishin- and posting notices of Supervisory <br />election to be held Deceii1ber 5, 1967. Mr. Parker.made the motion that <br />the same polling places be used as last year. The motion was seconded <br />and passed. <br />5.
