The Cabarrus County Board of Equalization and Review met at 4:30 ~p.m. <br /> April 27, 1972, in the Courthouse in Concord for the purpose of hearing <br /> appeals concerning the revaluation of property. <br /> <br /> Present: Chairman - S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. <br /> <br /> Commissioners - C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Also present, Terry L. Rowland, Tax Su~rvtsor and Gus L. Smith, <br /> Appraiser. <br /> <br /> The following citizen~presented request for revaluation of property: <br /> <br /> Morgan Enterprises (Cabarrus Theatre) <br /> <br /> This request will be investigated and a decision made at a later date. <br /> <br /> Terry L. C., for the purpose of reviewing an appeal on property <br /> revaluati on. <br /> <br /> Present: Chairman -S.
