The Cabarrus County Board of Equalization and Review met at 9:30 a.m. on May 30, <br />1974, at the Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, for the purpose of hearing appeals <br />concerning the revaluation of property. <br /> <br /> Present - Chairman: S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. <br /> Commissioners: Robert A. McClary <br /> Charles Gallimore <br /> C. Frank James <br /> Also Present: Terry Rowland, Tax Supervisor <br /> Gus Smith, Tax Appraiser <br /> <br /> The following citizens presented requests for revaluation of property: <br /> <br /> Mr. R. L. Tucker (Tucker Furniture Company) <br /> <br /> Royal Oak Gardens represented by Charles S.
