McGinnis, County Manager, advised the Board that the <br />County has no authority to provide street sign service in the City of <br />Kannapolis. He reviewed the following letter from the City of Kannapolis <br />requesting that the County contract to install and maintain street signs in <br />the City. <br /> <br />October 13, 1986 <br /> <br />Mr. Charles McGinnis <br />County Manager <br />P.
