The video tape. <br /> <br />The Chair said they also meet the requirements of Section 9.2 of the ordinance <br />and again she finds evidence that supports this recommendation. <br /> <br />The Chair closed the public hearing on Conditional Use Permit 189(C). <br /> <br />There being no further discussion Mr. Amos MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. <br />Moose to approve Conditional Use Permit 189(C). The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />The Chair stated to the citizens that the board is now moving into the planning board functions <br />of new business. She then introduced the third item on the Agenda, Final Subdivision Plat <br />Approval' <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />Applicant: Watson Properties <br />Request: -Final~Subdivision Plat Approval <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission <br />from Watson Properties to have their subdivision plat Southbrook III & IV <br />approved final. <br /> <br />Mr. Jonathan Marshall, Staff Member, presented the subdivision review to the <br />Board stating that improvements are being completed, and the developer is <br />requesting that final approval be granted contingent upon their completion or <br />guarantee of completion with an approved letter of credit. Staff recommends <br />approval. <br /> <br />There being no further comments, Mr. Amos MOTIONED, seconded by Ms. <br />Stafford to approve Southbrook III & IV subdivision plat final contingent upon <br />the completion or guarantee of completion with an approved letter of credit. The <br />vote was unanimous. <br /> <br /> <br />
