Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes March 19, 1992 . ~. Page 11 Mr. Johnson, Petitioner stated he really has no choice, because his garage was getting to big for his residence. Mr. Amos said the affidavits that Mr. Johnson has submitted indicate that the dimensions were 40 x 80, and the dimensionS shown on the plat shows 50 x 200. Mr. Johnson stated the 40 x 80 building was the original size. However, when they decided to relocate it to a larger tract they increased the size to 50 x 200. But in the last 6 or 8 hours Mr. Hyde and himself talked, and they decided to change the location of the plot that they were going to put it on. They moved the location to a bigger lot so they could be a little more private. Hearing no other comments from the audience, Chairperson Randall closed the public hearing on Conditional Use Application 0169(C). Chairperson Randall stated she finds that he has met every section of the requirements in Section 9.2(b). Sewage disposal has been so noted, he has a private well, he has a statement that the automobile waste products are contracted out to oil companies, they have the Town of Harrisburg Police, Fire and Rescue Squad protection and that the method and adequacy of vehicular access to the site and traffic conditions seem to be acceptable. She would like to note that there are at least three conditions that Mr. Johnson has ~agreed to and that she would assume would be included in the motion. One was that the applicant continue the pavement of Stowe Lane to the shop entrance, Mr. Johnson has agreed to that. She would also note that Mr. Johnson is permitted to have limited outside storage, which will be fenced and screened with vegetation. And also Mr. Johnson has agreed to limit the signage to no more than 32 square feet and ground mounted. With those comments, and findings of fact Chairperson Randall asked if there is a motion. Mr. Amos stated he would like to make a motion, but he would like to ask Mr. Johnson if he has an estimate of how much outside storage space he would need in square footage? Mr. Johnson said he has about 20 pieces sold. In the video they saw 5 trailers used for storage, two of those trailers are going to be moved off the property.
