He said when they go into site acquisition <br />they do a search range. <br /> <br />Mr. Hill said in order to ensure total coverage, where Pioneer Mills <br />is, they would have to construct another tower. He asked if he was <br />correct in assuming that. <br /> <br />Mr. Mannino said based on their work with NEXTEL they are not <br />requesting additional coverage in this area. He said they have a <br />major gap right in the center and that is the main portion they <br />want to be able to cover. <br /> <br />Hr. Noose said the people who build the towers are in what we call <br />vertical real estate. He said our zoning ordinance says you have to <br />look at everything available around before you can put in a tower. <br /> <br />Mr. Mannino said they did. He said they looked at every structure <br />in the area. <br /> <br />Hr. Noose said the other carriers do not have coverage in that area <br />either. <br /> <br />Mr. ]elleme said that is correct. <br /> <br />Mr. Moose said that is funny because that did not seem to set with <br />what the Board did the last time they did one of these towers. He <br />said they showed us the full county coverage suited for time with <br />two different carriers. BellSouth Mobility for one showed us <br />complete coverage of the whole county with the last tower we put <br />in. Mr. Noose said he thinks that they should be able to get on <br />that tower with them. <br /> <br />Mr. Mannino said there are several different circumstances that <br />come to play.
