The policy is required for accreditation by the Joint Commission for <br />Accreditation of Health Organizations. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Casper with <br />Chairman Barnhart and Commissioners Casper and Fennel voting for, the Board <br />adopted the following Conflict of Interest Policy for Home Health. <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY HOME HEALTH <br />Conflict of Interest Policy <br /> <br />Policy: To provide guidance to members of the Home Health <br /> Advisory Board, Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> and Management to include; county manager, area manager, <br /> director and supervisory staff, concerning the avoidance <br /> of conflict of interest. <br />Effective Date: April 1, 1995 <br /> <br /> <br />
