FT <br />If part -time, hours per week. <br />Briefly describe the nominee's job responsibilities: <br />The nominee is the staff person designated with primary responsibility for NCACSP and AgWRAP. <br />Additionally, the nominee shares the CCAP workload. Cabarrus SWCD has offers a diverse and <br />comprehensive array of financial and technical conservation assistance, and the nominee assists in all areas of <br />technical assistance, including conservation easements and other grant- funded conservation projects. <br />Highlight nominee's major job accomplishments starting with most recent: <br />Nominee received Certified Conservation Planner status in 2015 and has attained a hiah level of iob approval <br />authority for the most common best management practices utilized in the District. A high percentage of cost <br />share allocations are obligated each program year, a particularly challenging accomplishment during the recent <br />economic downturn in a rapidly- urbanizing county.
