4. No industrial or commercial hazardous material shall be used or stored in this 1/2 -mile <br />area. <br />5. Landfills and sites for land application of residuals or petroleum contaminated soils are <br />specifically prohibited. <br />For property located in the FemaiRiRg balance of the WS -II watershed -arm protected area, the <br />following requirements shall be met: <br />1. In all cases, the development of lots within the balance of the watershed shall have an <br />impermeable area of less than twelve percent (12 %). <br />2. Unless prohibited by the underlying zoning district, densities are permitted up to two (2) <br />dwelling units per acre. <br />2.
