CAPACITY ANALYSIS <br />This section discusses topics that may influence CCTS's capacity to implement service <br />enhancements, such as vehicle inventory and utilization, facilities, scheduling and <br />dispatching procedures, staffing, and operating statistics. <br />4.1 VEHICLE INVENTORY AND UTILIZATION <br />Vehicle Fleet <br />Vehicles operated by CCTS are purchased with federal and state grant funding. As of <br />March 2015, CCTS has 27 lift equipped vans that are used for transit service and one <br />minivan that is used for administrative purposes (supervisor vehicle). All vans are <br />handicap accessible and have two wheelchair stations. Vehicles are parked overnight in a <br />fenced lot adjacent to the CCTS offices. Drivers do not take the vehicles home.
