Coborrus County Transportation Services <br />Finol Report — September 2015 <br />Rating of CCTS <br />To understand the riders' perceptions of the current quality of the CCTS services and to <br />know which of these qualities need improvements, respondents were asked to rate select <br />transit service qualities. Respondents generally gave high marks to COTS, as shown in <br />Figure 13, and unanimously would recommend CCTS to others. Most respondents gave <br />CCTS an overall very good rating (52 percent) or good rating (39 percent). The areas <br />receiving the highest ratings include friendliness of drivers, types of trip destinations <br />served by COTS, and security and safety. The <br />riders are particularly satisfied with the friendliness of drivers, types of trip <br />destinations served by COTS, and security and safety.
