The April 2014 OPSTATS <br />statistics paint a graphic picture of a very limited effort to provide non - medical <br />and/or non - social service trips. As shown in Figure 15, out of almost 15,000 <br />manifested trips recorded in the ITRE Vehicle Utilization Data (VUD) analysis, only <br />1,200 trips were `general purpose' and `shopping' - even some portion of these 1,200 <br />trips were made by DSS clients.
