Section 3 <br />o Tax Administration has generated property record cards that can be used to estimate the <br />level of damage for certain properties. <br />c. Coordinate the receiving, management, and distribution of donated goods throughout the <br />County at CRDPs. <br />d. Assist with receiving, management, and distribution of cash donations following an incident <br />or event. <br />e. Register volunteers from the general public ready to assist the County in recovery activities. <br />o Provide updates to the EOC on registered volunteers. <br />3.2.2 Support Agencies <br />Support agencies are those agencies identified with support roles and responsibilities in one (or <br />multiple) Cabarrus County EOP Annexes. <br />Active Living and Parks <br />a. Be prepared to open park facilities for response and recovery operations (storage, equipment <br />staging areas, etc.), as needed. <br />b. Provide damage assessment for County parks to the EOC or County Emergency Management <br />Coordinator. <br />c. During debris- generating events, the Active Living and Parks Department provides support <br />to the County in a number of areas. Refer to the Disaster Debris Management Plan (DDMP) <br />for additional information on roles and responsibilities. <br />d. The Active Living and Parks Department operates two (2) senior centers that offer daily <br />classes and education programs. <br />o The Mt.
