Section 3 <br />o This includes gathering and disseminating contact information for County departments <br />and agencies. <br />Information Technology Services <br />Cabarrus County Information Technology Services (IS) supports internal and external users by <br />promoting enterprise information processes, providing access to information resources, and <br />protecting information integrity. <br />a. Report to the EOC upon activation. The Director of IS or designee is assigned to the <br />Coordination Group. <br />b. Maintain the County 911 system. <br />c. Maintain the CAD system. <br />d. Maintain telephones and computers. <br />e. IS is responsible for two (2) data centers that support County government operations. <br />f. Work with the Emergency Management Coordinator to determine available computers and <br />other IS- related equipment for emergency response and recovery operations. <br />g. Through the GIS function, develop maps and other graphics and data, as requested. <br />h. Manage the County website homepage. <br />i. IS has the ability to activate "red" messages to provide critical information to other <br />departments and citizens. <br />j. IS also has a "dark site" in place for emergency situations. <br />Libraries <br />a.
