• The offer only includes equipment and services as outlined in the SOW. <br />• Motorola will retain ownership of the subscriber and all equipment provided. <br />• The price of the subscriber as a service will increase each six year term to a rate equal to the <br />initial rate plus the core price index CPIU calculated from the start of the contract. <br />• The system coverage footprint was not evaluated and is not included as part of the service. <br />• The subscriber as a service is sold independently of the radio infrastructure and system operations <br />on which they are used. <br />• Configuration services are not included in this quote. <br />• Installation services for the mobile or any other equipment are not included.
