1.7.2 Cutover 1 Service Initiation Motorola Responsibilities: • Motorola and the Cabarrus County Sheriffs Department will finalize a mutually agreed upon cutover plan based upon discussions held during the CDR. • During cutover, follow the written plan and implement the defined contingencies, as required. • Conduct cutover meeting(s) with user group representatives to address both how to mitigate technical and communication problem impact to the users during cutover and during the general operation of the system. Customer Responsibilities: • Attend cutover meetings and approve the cutover plan. • Notify the user group(s) affected by the cutover (date and time). • Ensure that all users are trained and the units have been activated on the system. Completion Criteria: • Successful migration from the old subscribers to the subscribers. 1.7.3 Resolve Punchlist Motorola Responsibilities: • Work with the Customer to resolve documented punchlist items. Customer Responsibilities: • Assist Motorola with resolution of identified punchlist items by providing resolution support, documentation approval of the resolved punchlist item(s). Completion Criteria: • All punchlist items resolved and approved by the Customer. 1.7.4 Transition to Service /Project Transition Certificate Motorola Responsibilities: • Review the items necessary for transitioning the project to support and service. Customer Responsibilities: • Participate in the Transition Service/Project Transition Certificate (PTC) process. Completion Criteria: • All service information has been delivered and approved by the Customer. 1.7.5 Final Acceptance • All deliverables completed. • If beneficial use has been obtained the subscribers will be considered accepted.
