• Pay the outbound freight charges. Motorola will pay the inbound freight charges if the Customer <br />uses the Motorola designated delivery service. <br />• Provide Customer with the Motorola repair request form and Inventory Adjustment Form (IAF). <br />• Perform covered services as requested by Customer on the Motorola repair request form. <br />• Process inventory adjustment requests received by email or fax from Customer. If the request is <br />received by email, Motorola will email an acknowledgement to the sender. <br />• If applicable, notify Customer of changes in Motorola designated inventory adjustment email <br />address or fax number. <br />1.9.5 Customer has the following Responsibilities: <br />Supply Motorola with any inventory changes. <br />Utilize the local Motorola service station to manage shipments to the depot and for first echelon <br />subscriber repairs. <br />Provide a signed or emailed Motorola Inventory Adjustment Form (IAF) for all Equipment <br />additions. <br />1.9.6 Additional Services <br />• Remote Technical Support: Cabarrus will have access to a technical support line during business <br />hours 8 to 5 Monday through Friday in order to provide technical support of the radio to end - <br />users of the radio. <br />• If Customer purchased Battery refresh Motorola will supply as part of the Subscriber as a Service <br />agreement a replacement battery each radio after the first two years when requested by customer <br />but not to exceed the total quantity purchased. <br />• Local radio repair: Cabarrus will have the ability to use Motorola's local service station for local <br />repairs to the radio. <br />• Software Flash upgrade downloads: Cabarrus will have access to unlimited software flash <br />downloads as part of the Subscriber as a Service agreement. <br />• Manage shipments to depot: Cabarrus can use Motorola's local service station to manage <br />shipments of radios to be repaired to and from the depot. <br />• Radio configuration after repair: After depot service of the radio Motorola will program the <br />existing code plug into the radio and configure for use on Cabarrus County system. <br />• Implement SW flash upgrades: Motorola will implement software flash upgrades as necessary <br />during the term of this agreement: <br />• Radio diagnostics (annually): Radio diagnostics will not be provided for Cabarrus County in this <br />agreement. Cabarrus can purchase radio DiagnostiX separately based and Motorola will utilize <br />the report to make necessary adjustments to the radios. <br />• Asset Management: Motorola will track and manage inventory and subscriber assets along with <br />radio configurations for the subscribers included in this agreement. <br />• Configuration Management: Configuration of the radio and radio programming templates are not <br />included in this Subscriber as a Service quotation. Cabarrus will supply Motorola the <br />programming template and Motorola will program each radio accordingly. <br />• Programming (once per year): Programming services will be provided to Cabarrus County once <br />per year per radio as needed. <br />• Antenna Replacement: The antenna for a portable subscriber Will be replaced as <br />needed as part of this service contract. <br />• Through -life Customer Services Manager (CSM): Motorola will provide a Customer Service <br />Manager as a single point of contact for Cabarrus County.
