Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 8- Conditional Uses <br />o The estimated number of drive -thru customers at all peak serving <br />times with a correlation between numbers served per 30 minute <br />increment (or industry standard) and corresponding amount of <br />stacking space for vehicles. <br />b. Sufficient stacking and circulation must be provided on site and shall not interfere <br />with circulation of traffic on adjacent streets or road right -of -ways. <br />c. The use must front on an arterial or collector road. <br />d. Drive -thru entrances and exits must be at least 250 feet from any intersection <br />e. Drive -thrus abutting residential property must: <br />o Provide a Level Two buffer yard along their common boundary line <br />o Position outdoor speakers at least 50 feet from property lines <br />bordering residential development <br />o Position lights so that illumination will not spill over onto residential <br />property <br />28. Retail Sales, Shopping Centers 100,000 Square Feet or More <br />General Commercial district <br />a. The shopping center must have direct access to either an arterial or major <br />collector road. <br />b. When located adjacent to residentially zoned or used property, a Level One buffer <br />yard shall be installed at the common boundary between the parcels. <br />c. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />o Days and hours of operation <br />o Projected number of users per weekday and weekend days <br />o Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time. <br />o Any and all other relevant information that will help describe the facility <br />29. <br />30. Shootinq Range, with Outdoor Target Practice <br />Agriculture /Open, Countryside Residential, Light Industrial and General Industrial district <br />a. The minimum lot size shall be 5 acres. <br />b.
