Practice areas, fields and parking areas must be a minimum of five hundred feet <br />(500) from any adjacent property line. <br />d. Where adjacent to residentially zoned or used property, a Level Two Buffer yard shall <br />be installed. <br />e. Where overnight accommodations are provided, facilities shall be located interior to <br />the site and shall have a residential appearance. <br />32. Slaughter House, Meat Packing <br />Agricultural /Open and Countryside Residential districts <br />Submit a report addressing the following: <br />o The appropriateness of the site selected. <br />o The proposed plant operation and how it may affect public health. <br />o The proposed operation of the plant including total number of employees, <br />both full -time and part -time. <br />o The method of collection, handling, disposal and storage of all waste and <br />by- products. <br />a. No building, structure, storage or animal holding area shall be located within one <br />hundred and fifty (150) feet of any lot line. <br />b. In the event the facility abuts residentially used or zoned property, Level Two <br />buffering must be implemented. <br />c. Before beginning operation of any slaughterhouse or meat packing facility, copies <br />of all license or permits required from other governmental agencies shall be <br />submitted to the County Zoning Administrator. <br />33. Trade and Vocational Schools <br />Agricultural /Open, Office /Institutional, Office /Limited Commercial, General Commercial, <br />Limited Industrial and General Industrial districts <br />a. A complete description of the facility including: <br />o Hours of operation <br />o Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />o Projected student enrollment years one through five <br />o Description of curriculum <br />o Degrees, certificates offered <br />b. In the event the facility is to be located in a residential zone, all setbacks shall be <br />doubled. <br />c. In the event the facility abuts residentially used or zoned property, Level Two <br />buffering must be implemented at the common parcel boundary. <br />34. Trucking Company, Heavy Equipment Company, Dispatch Facility with Storage <br />General Commercial and Limited Industrial districts <br />a.
