• Experience in working with consultant services including but not limited to contracting <br />for services, monitoring payments, obtaining surveys from participants and documenting <br />performance. <br />• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. <br />• Strong organization and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and work <br />under pressure. <br />• Requires some travel between Cabarrus and Rowan Counties. <br />QUALIFICATIONS: <br />Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration or human <br />services - related discipline. Minimum two years experience in contract management including <br />federal and state funded contracts. Minimum of two years experience in contract compliance <br />with an emphasis on federal and /or state- funded contracts. Possess good oral, written <br />communication and organization skills. <br />Preferred: Masters Degree in business administration, public administrations or other related <br />area is preferred and or a combination of education and experience that meets the <br />requirements of the position. Minimum of five years experience in contract management and <br />contract compliance with an emphasis on federal and /or state - funded contracts. Advanced <br />computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, e-mail and internet. Excellent written and <br />verbal communication skills. <br />Family Development Credential (FDC) and knowledge of Family Development approach as an <br />integrated strengths -based model for working with youth and families.
