Workforce Investment Act Program continues to deal with low- income youth who <br />needs include basic literacy skills, school dropout, homeless, runaways, foster children, pregnant <br />teens, offenders, or youth with disability. The WIA Program commits to an intensive and detailed <br />case management approach for service delivery.
