Describe your agency's method for informing custodial parents in single- parent families that <br />participate in CSBG programming about the availability of child support services. In addition, <br />describe your method for referring eligible parents to the child support office[s]. <br />Assessments are completed at intake.to iaddress the need of the families. Referrals are made to <br />Rowan and Cabarrus County Department of-Social Services Child Support Division. Case managers <br />also download applications from the NC Department of Health and Human Services website and <br />assist them with completing the application. <br />13. Does your agency calculate return on investment for your CSBG program? If so, please explain <br />and give the calculation. <br />SRCAA, Inc. considers the investment per client and the percentage of clients that rise above <br />the poverty level to calculate a return on investment.
