Overview Woodson University is a 5016 nonprofit corporation (university) with a focus on training individuals in the areas of, teacher education, management and leadership, religious studies and technical certifications. Woodson University's bachelors and master's degree programs can be completed within two years and completed at a fraction of the cost in comparison to traditional institutions. Doctoral programs in theological, divinity and religious studies programs generally required a master's degree of 96 course hours or more and three years of ministerial experience beyond that. Woodson University doctoral programs can be completed in two years and have not perquisite other than an accredited master's degree. Our target market for these degree programs are individuals within the church laity and clergy themselves who wish to complete a degree program relevant to their current roles, whether that be Christian education superintendent, devotional leader, or pastor. Woodson University has found a niche in offering these degree programs at low cost, convenience in the medium used, and a streamlined completion time frame. We anticipate being the leader in such discourse via distance education that is poised for national accreditation.
