Organization and Management The organization of this company is composed of the president, provost, vice presidents, and a Board of Trustees. The legal structure of this university is a nonprofit corporation as governed by the State of North Carolina and is a recognized by the Internal Revenue Service for 501c3 corporation. Woodson University has been authorized by the State of North Carolina to conduct academic degree activity. Dr. A.L. Fleming serves as president and chief executive officer. He has several years of experience in higher education administration in the areas of admissions, financial aid, academic degree development, fund development, and fiscal affairs. He holds bachelors of political science, masters of educational management, doctorate of humane letters. In addition there are several business professionals and companies who have donated their services to assist in the development of the university and ensure its capacity to manage projects of this magnitude. These individuals include certified public accountants, private equity bankers, general contractors, environmental engineers, commercial real estate developers, attorneys, marketing strategists, philanthropists, clergy, and academicians.
