A site plan showing all surrounding land use and a listing of the land uses within the <br />final approach zones of the airstrip. <br />b. A general description of how the airstrip will be used including but not limited to: <br />• Frequency of landings /takeoffs <br />• Size of aircraft accommodated <br />• Length of runway <br />• Any other relevant information <br />c. A copy of certification Aocumentation and /or any other documentation or permits <br />required by the Federal Aviation Ageney Administration (FAA) and the State of <br />North Carolina (if applicable). <br />4. Amusement, Outdoor <br />General Commercial district <br />a. Site must be a minimum of 15 acres <br />b. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />• Hours and days of operation <br />• Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />• Projected number of users per weekday and weekend days <br />• Types of accessory uses, if any, envisioned on the site <br />• Any and all other relevant information that will help describe the facility <br />c. Where the proposed project abuts residentially used or zoned property, a Level <br />Two buffer yard shall be provided. <br />d. No parking or amenity area shall be located closer than 100 feet to any <br />residentially zoned or used property. <br />e. Other conditions may be placed on the site during the conditional use process as <br />deemed necessary by the Board of Adjustment in relation to hours of operation, <br />noise, traffic, etc. <br />Coliseums, Stadiums <br />General Commercial, Limited Industrial and General Industrial districts <br />a. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />• Types of events, days and hours of operation <br />• The projected number of users per weekday and weekend days, with the <br />maximum number expected at any one event <br />• Total number of seats <br />• Types of accessory uses, if any, envisioned on the site (initially or in the <br />future) <br />• Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />Chapter 8 Page 4 of 35 <br />Attachment number 5 <br />G -1 Page 238 <br />
