Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 8- Conditional Uses <br />o Any and all other relevant information that will help describe the facility <br />b. Site smze= The site shall contain at least 20 acres. <br />c. S..3 All structures, viewing and seating areas shall be set back at least one <br />hundred (100) feet from any street, street right -of -way or property boundary line. <br />d. eeesseF , Uses The following accessory uses may be permitted as incidental to, <br />and limited to the patrons of, the principal use: <br />• Playground <br />• Refreshment stands or booths <br />• Souvenir stands or booths <br />e. Lighting All access ways shall be lit so that sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, etc. <br />are clearly visible. The facility's lighting shall be shielded to prevent Tight and glare <br />spill -over on to any adjacent residentially used or zoned properties. <br />f. Nemse eentF ': Maximum permitted noise levels may be established in order to <br />protect adjacent properties. Any such requirement will be made a part of the <br />Conditional Use Permit which may also specify the measures to be taken to control <br />noise, including but not limited to muting, special landscaping treatment and <br />berms. <br />6. Colleges and Universities <br />Agricultural /Open, Countryside Residential, Low Density Residential, Medium Density <br />Residential and High Density Residential /Mixed Use districts <br />a. A complete description of the facility including but not limited to: <br />• Hours of operation <br />• Projected student enrollment years one through five <br />• Description of curriculum <br />• Degrees, certificates offered <br />• Total number of employees, both full -time and part -time <br />sh ' d a'se bed eta"ed . <br />b. In the event the facility abuts residential property, Level Two buffering is required. <br />c. In no case shall any parking area or student amenity area be located less than 100 <br />feet from a residentially zoned or used property. <br />7.
