THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE PARTNERSHIP STAFF WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR <br />AND /OR PROVIDE: <br />1. Offer treatment in compliance with the signed contract; maintain Facility License and <br />certified staff. <br />2. Appropriate "Consent for Release of Information' forms will be signed and <br />maintained on all assigned offenders. <br />3. Will conduct an initial interview with each CJPP referral in a timely manner and <br />place them in the appropriate level of treatment. <br />4. Collaborate regularly with the Division of Community Correction staff to <br />keep them well informed of all offender attendance and general response to <br />treatment. Offenders not reporting for treatment /groups will be reported immediately <br />to the DCC staff. Staffing both formal and informal with DCC staff will be <br />scheduled. Offenders will not be removed /terminated from treatment without a <br />formal staffing with the appropriate DCC staff. <br />5. Entry of all required CJPP -IMS data in a complete and timely manner. <br />6.
