CABARRUS COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION STUDY <br />Apparatus Driver Operator and Incident Command. He provided this services for the NFPA <br />involving the Ternressee Valley Authority and a number of international countries, <br />Cabarrus Count - related Experience <br />Mr. Ale's fire, rescue and EMS experience includes the following key areas that are directly <br />related Cabarrus County and the Cabarrus County scope of services: <br />1. Served as fire and EMS special technical services team leader; <br />2. Managed career /paid and volunteer in county combination paid/volunteer <br />system; <br />3. Served as trainer and training coordinator in a county fire, rescue and EMS <br />training academy; <br />4. Served as fire and EMS communications and dispatch manager of a county- <br />wide dispatch center; <br />5. As current chief responsible for incident operations involving paid and <br />volunteer staff; <br />6. Manages fire department with paid staff and managed career /paid and <br />volunteer staff in county fire, rescue and EMS department; and, <br />7. Served as fire, rescue and EMS member in a county combination <br />paid/volunteer system. <br />Robert K. McNally <br />Mr. McNally will primarily provide the operational data & geographic information system <br />(GIS) analysis for the project. He will also be available full - time and would be integral in <br />the planning of future deployment strategies. Mr. McNally has consulted to over 110 <br />municipalities of all sizes across the United States and Canada. <br />Mr. McNally has a Masters Degree from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte in <br />Urban /Regional Planning. The emphasis of his academic research has been on the application <br />of geographic information systems (GIS) in public safety and homeland security sectors.
