• Conducted stakeholder group interviews in Harrisburg and additional <br />interviews with individuals in Cabarrus County and by teleconference. <br />Information about specific existing conditions and potential issues the <br />planning area will face were discussed. Notes were prepared for use by <br />the project team and for posting on the project web site. <br />H. Meeting with School Board <br />• Conducted a work session with the School Board to identify the <br />appropriate criteria to be considered when selecting a school site and <br />evaluating each site based on site conditions and intended program. <br />• Began creation of school site guidelines (outline). <br />J. Scenario Planning (CommunityViz) <br />Conducted internal meetings with team regarding suitability analysis using <br />CommunityViz. <br />Continued preparation of suitability mapping based on refined set of <br />factors and definitions, including analysis of each factor and testing map <br />output.
