The ILS must support the ability to send notices by print, e-mail or <br />phone. <br />3. The ILS must support multilingual notification. <br />4. The language used in the notification must be able to be set <br />automatically according to the language preference specified in the <br />patron record. <br />5. The ILS must store and display a history of overdue notices and <br />bills sent to the patron for all items currently overdue or billed. <br />6. The display of titles in the PAC must include a count of all open <br />requests. <br />7. The ILS must support the ability for staff to "suspend" a request <br />after it is placed so that it can be filled at a later time. <br />8. The ILS must support the ability for staff to add notes to a request <br />from the staff client. <br />9.
