Inform City of Charlotte of the County's desire of proceeding with the process of joining <br />the regional system by signing a "letter of intent" along with the cities of Concord and <br />Kannapolis. (In order to qualify for grant funds, this letter must be submitted by <br />December 31, 2010.) <br />2. Review and approve, along with the cities of Concord and Kannapolis, the Interlocal <br />Agreement for Access to and Maintenance Service of the Regional Radio System. <br />(Charlotte has requested that this agreement be in place by January 31, 2011) <br />3. Review and approve, along with the cities of Concord and Kannapolis, the Interlocal <br />Agreement for Regional Radio System Governance. (Charlotte has requested that this <br />agreement be in place by January 31, 2011) <br />4.
