L <br />5. County agrees that the level and extent of enforcement and inspections in <br />accordance with the Fire Code shall be carried out in the same manner in Town <br />as in County. <br />6, Where applicable, Town shall require an applicant to procure a permit under <br />the Fire Code from County before Town issues a building permit. <br />~.
