2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />• Any Surveying service related to any land acquisition. <br />• Construction Staking. <br />• Services not specifically described in Scope of Services <br />CONSULTANT will provide a reasonable estimate for such work and will obtain written authorization. <br />Services and fees provided in this Agreement are based upon governmental rules, regulations and <br />policies in effect at the time of execution of this Agreement. Should changes take effect during the <br />period services are being performed and result in additional CONSULTANT work requirements, this <br />Agreement will be modified by approval of the parties. <br />Work items considered additional services will be discussed with OWNER and approved before <br />service is provided and billed according to the rate schedule in place at the time services are <br />performed or negotiated fee. <br />3. SCHEDULE <br />We anticipate we could begin design services within 1 business days upon receiving a signed contract <br />and the information provided by the OWNER at time of signing the contract.
