It is created by: combining organic wastes (e.g., yard <br />trimmings, food wastes, manures) in proper ratios into piles, rows, or vessels; <br />adding bulking agents (e.g., wood chips} as necessary to accelerate the <br />breakdown of organic materials; and allowing the finished material to fully <br />stabilize and mature through a curing process. Auction house <br />Zones permitting based on standards: <br />*Agricultural/open, counhyside residential. <br />STANDARDS: <br />a) Si_ tiny, An auction house, wluch includes any percentage livestock sales, may <br />not be sited within 500' of a residential use, measurement to begin at the outermost <br />facility housing animals. Auction houses not featuring livestock sales will meet the <br />standard setbacks of the zone. <br />b) Roadway Siting; Applicable in the Counhyside Residential zone oily, an <br />auction house must front on either arterials or collectors (major or minor, in each <br />case). <br />c) Si i_ Zg awe. Maximum allowable signage is 16 square feet. Must also meet any <br />applicable requirements within Chapter Eleven, Signage. <br />d) Outside storage.
