Solid Waste Management. <br />a. During the recovery operations following an emergency, prepare to accept <br />debris at local landfill sites. Provide personnel and equipment to reduce the debris to <br />manageable loads. Ad}ust hours of operation of the landfill as needed. <br />b. Dispose of debris collected during recovery at the landfill. Coordinate for <br />additional support for this task with the Emergency Management Coordinator. <br />20. Cabarrus Arena and Events Center <br />a. Prepare the facility for emergency operations. Be prepared to evacuate <br />personnel and their equipment from the facility if necessary to clear the site. <br />b. Assist in establishing the County Receiving and Distribution Point and the <br />donated goods management area at the Events Center. Provide forklift and operators to <br />assist when the CRDP is operational and prepare to provide communications support as <br />needed by the CRDP staff. Operate and maintain fixed generators to provide emergency power to the <br />d.
