' TASK 5 -ENGINEERING PLAN CDM will prepare an Engineering Plan, including the engineering report and drawings, in accordance with Rule .0539 for the piggyback expansion area. Task 5.1-Engineering Report CD1~I will prepare the Engineering Report, which includes the following as required under Rule .0539{d}: 1. Facility Design Summary - A summary of the facility design that includes the following: ^ A discussion of the analytical methods used to evaluate the design; ' ^ Definition of the critical conditions evaluated and assumptions made; ' ^ A list of technical references used in the evaluation; and ^ CDM will verify that the facility complies with applicable location restriction demonstrations in accordance with Rule .0536. It is assumed that additional work beyond the local restrictions verifications is not covered in this amendment. If additional work is needed because the site is not in compliance with the location ' restriction(s), or the SWS requires additional work to verify compliance, CDNI will provide the County with the scope and budget for the work prior to continuing. ' 2. Description of Materials and Construction Practices -CDM will prepare a description of the materials and construction practices that conform to the requirements set forth in Rule .0540, which includes: t ~ ^ horizontal separation requirements; ^ vertical separation requirements; ' ^ survey control; ' ^ location coordinates; ^ Landfill subgrade; ^ special engineering structures; ' ^ sedimentation and erosion control; and ^ construction quality assurance. t ~ Item# 9 ' Attachment number 1 Page 91 of 185 F-5
