C~ <br />^ Operation Plan Sheet 2 will contain initial waste placement and daily operations. <br />Operation Plan Sheets 3-7 will contain a progression of operation showing yearly <br />contour transitions and final closure. <br />Task 7.2 -Operation Report <br />CDM will prepare a narrative discussion of the operation drawings and complete a description <br />of the facility operation that conforms to the requirements of Rule .0542(b). The following <br />subtasks will be completed and incorporated into the operational report. <br />1. General Landfill Operating Procedures - CDI~i will prepare this section detailing general <br />landfill operating procedures. <br />2. Waste Acceptance and Disposal Requirements - CDNI will prepare this section in <br />accordance with Rule .0542(c). <br />3. Waste Exclusions - CDNI will prepare this section in accordance with Rule .0542(e), which <br />outlines waste that can not be disposed in the C&D landfill. <br />4. Cover Material Requirements -CDM will prepare this section in accordance with Rule <br />.05420 which outlines cover and alternative cover material. <br />5. Spreading and Compacting Requirements - CDNI will prepare this section in accordance <br />with Rule .0542(8). <br />6. Disease Vector Control -CDNI will prepare this section in accordance with Rule .0542(h). <br />7. Air Criteria and Fire Control - CDNI will prepare this section in accordance with Rule <br />.0542(1). <br />8. Access and Safety Requirements -CDNI will prepare this section in accordance with Rule <br />.0542{]}. <br />9. Erasion and Sedimentation Control -CDM will prepare this section in accordance with <br />Rule .0542(k). <br />10. Drainage Control and Water Protection -CDM will prepare this section in accordance with <br />Rule .0542{l). <br />11. Survey for Compliance -CDM will prepare this section in accordance with Rule .0542(m). <br />12. Operating Record and Record Keeping Requirements -CDNI will prepare this section in <br />accordance with Rule .0542(n). <br />~, <br /> <br />TASK 8 -REVISED CLOSURFy/POST-CLOSURE PLAN <br />Rule .0535(a)(1}(E) requires submittal of a closure plan prepared in accordance with Rule .0543. <br />Under this task, CDNI will update the existing C&D landfill Closure/Post-Closure Plan.
