'"''~ <br />This Project is local` abarrus County property (PIN 4681157264). The primary <br />responsibilities of Caliatnis County for this Project will be: <br />1. The County shall donate a Permanent Conservation Easement on Project property currently <br />owned by the County to the State upon completion and approval of the design plans. The <br />Permanent Conservation Easement, of the form in Exhibit 1, shall be controlling and set forth the <br />restrictions and limitations placed on the property being used for the Project. The land subject to <br />the Permanent Conservation Easement shall encompass the portions of the pazcels highlighted in <br />Attachment A. <br />~~I~ <br />
