PBH Local Business Plan 2007 <br />Information on performance, problems, and progress on assigned goals is exchanged between the Executive Cabinet, <br />the Matrix Management Team, and the Cross Functional Teams. <br />Cross Functional teams are assigned goals from the PBH Annual Plan of Work and are responsible for identified <br />deliverables. Teams are also assigned Performance Indicators that they must monitor and develop improvement <br />strategies if performance is below identifled thresholds. <br />Executive Cabinet Cross Functiopal Team: This team is the highest level team and is responsible for the overall <br />health and performance of the agency, as well as agency achievement of goals delineated in the strategic plan. It's <br />functions include the following; <br />Review and monitoring Functions: <br />1. Review of identlfed performance indicators against targets <br />a. financial, <br />b. quality <br />c. access <br />d. service utilizption <br />e. corporate compliance <br />2. Member work plan reporting: progress, barriers, needs <br />3. Monitor Implementaglon of strategic plan <br />Forum for discussion/resolutjgn and development of oolic~ <br />1. Area Director update <br />2. State and Local polit(cal updates and issues <br />3. Critical Issues (Hot Topics) <br />4. Member issues and concerns <br />The Executive Cabinet considers requests from Matrix Management Team, Corporate Compliance Team, or Cultural <br />Competency Team for review and resolution of issues. <br />G-y <br />16 <br />
