(7) Users with the potential to discharge flammable substances may be required to install, at~ maintain <br />and onerate, a~ the user's ex~ense, an approved combustible gas detection meter. <br />(8) WSACC may require a user who has the potential to discharge wastewater in violation of <br />prerteatment standards to install maintain and operate at the user's expense an approved ~H <br />controller and'meter related to nH. <br />Plans for the construction of the equalization tank, control manhole, controlling devices, and volume measuring <br />devices shall be approved by the Executive Director prior to the beginning of conshvction. <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />( le) Description of discharge practices, including non-routine batch dischazges; <br />(2~) Description of stored chemicals; <br />(3s) Procedures for immediately notifying the Executive Director and the POTW of any accidental or slug <br />dischazge, as required by Section 5.6 of this ordinance; and <br />(4~) Procedures toprevent adveree impact from any accidental or slug discharge.
