Chairman Suggs <br />and unanimousiy carried, the Bo~rd amended the' Cabarrus Cqunty Personnel <br />Ordinance to increase. the number of years of se;:vic;~ with Cabarrus ~ounty <br />from ten to 25 years i..ri order for retirees to qualify for Count;y paid health, <br />and life insnrance coverage. Further: the Board <br />placed a cap of ten pe:::cent. on the .amount of increase that an employee can <br />r~ceive during a fiscal year.
