The evaluation is a clinical interview In which the substance abuse clinician considers emotional, developmental, social and environmental issues that may contribute to the presenting problem, Based on these findings, treatment recommendations and referrals will be made, Actual delivery of services will be outside the scope of this grant; however, DAY MARK will be available for services including: individual, family and group therapy; anger management, substance abuse treatment, intensive family preservation services, psYChiatric consultations and medication assessment. (2) Identify paid or volunteer sta, qualifications, (certifications, degrees, work experience) and their responsibilities relative to this com anent. Clinical Site Director supervises !'III aspects of the ctincial services, Mental Health Team Leader provides day-to-day supervision to all staff associated with the DJJDP funded programs, JCPC PSYChological Associate-Human Services Clinician-Master's level clinician, !'provides on-site psychoiogical services delivery to DJJDP clients and their families, and coordinates referrals and corsultations to the court, DA YMARK staff providing services to referred clients hold a minimum of a Master's degree in' related mentai healthlhuman service field and hold a national certification andlor professional licensure in their respective diecipline or in the process of achieving such status, In addition, clients of DAYMARK have access to psychiatric services, F-l5 Page 4 of 10
