It is <br />organized both on a geographic basis - to focus expertise on particular <br />issues within each state, and in various specialty areas - to concentrate <br />resources in specific areas, such as management consulting, <br />organizational processes or human resources. Each area may then draw <br />on the resources within the rest of the divisions to address client issues. <br /> <br />Client Service Division <br /> <br />This division has the primary responsibility of producing our various <br />work products. It is organized to provide comprehensive services <br />throughout the engagement and afterward. <br /> <br />Administration Division <br /> <br />Two internal support areas complement the two client orientated <br />divisions: our Resource Center and Information Services (IS) <br />departments. The Resource Center is our access point to the major <br />professional human resources on-line services. The Resource Center <br />also maintains comprehensive, historical profiles of our clients and our <br />work products.
