<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 711 0106 <br /> <br />Agenda Item # C - 4- <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement for the Oxford Commons T ownhome subdivision project. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The Oxford Commons Townhome subdivision was approved by the Concord Planning and <br />Zoning Board on April 18th, 2006. The project consists of 260 townhome residential units <br />on 34.7+/- acres located on Pitts School Road.
