University did not expect to make profit in the beginning. <br />2. Building was built with grants - no debt service <br />3. University was able to participate in General Manager Selection process. <br />4. Chose Global because of size of the company. Wanted to be a bigger fish in a <br />small pond. <br />5. The selection of the General Manager is very important. <br />6. General Manager is key to the success of the facility and the relationship with the <br />management company. <br /> <br />s <br />
